Therefore, we have placed an amazing Return Policy where you can return the Products purchased from the Website within 14 (Fourteen) days of the date the Products were received.

Please read the guidelines below on how to return an item you are not happy with.

State clearly ‘RETURN and REFUND’ and ‘Order Number’ in the subject of the email if you wish to get your money fully refunded 






State clearly ‘RETURN and EXCHANGE’ and ‘Order Number’ in the subject of the email if you wish to get another item instead. Also, please state in the body of the e-mail the ‘Product-Code’ along with some details for which you wish to exchange your item with.

Ensure Item is in Good Condition

The products being returned must be unused and undamaged. Tags on the product MUST be UNCUT or UN-REMOVED. The return must be accompanied by the relevant original invoice and the original La Rouge packaging.

Note: You CAN OPEN the package to investigate your item but if you intend to return the item then you must ensure that you retain the packaging. Pack it to the original condition when shipping it back to us

Arrange Shipment with Continental Courier BD

Arrange to ship the product with your nearest Continental Courier BD service within 14 days of receiving the goods. You MUST use Continental Courier service and no other form of courier will be accepted. You can find the details of Continental Courier service in this website www.continentalcourierbd.net 

[Only in EXCEPTIONAL circumstances shall we accept some other form of courier service but this arrangement must be agreed with us in advance.]

Obtain Proof of Shipment

Obtain Receipt from continental courier service as a proof of shipment.

We will also reimburse you the cost of this shipment.

Take a Photo or a Scan and Email us a Copy of the Receipt

Please send us a photo/scan copy of the receipt for shipping to customerservices@larougeshop.com. Please state ‘RETURN’ or ‘EXCHANGES’ (as applicable)

For Exchange Customers Only: Calculate Difference in Price between Old and New Choice

You must pay us the remainder balance if your preferred item is more in price than the item you wish to exchange. In the case where your preferred item is less in price, we will reimburse you the difference in cost.

We will also reimburse the return delivery cost.

PLEASE NOTE: LIDIA MAY handbags are excluded from 14days return policy and can only be returned if a manufacturing defect is found during point of sale.

You must follow the 6 steps mentioned above to be eligible for Returns.

We will aim to refund you your payment within 30 Calendar Days with a suitable payment method.

Abuse of this policy is unacceptable! Where we deem a person is misusing our policy, La Rouge shop reserves the right to restrict further transaction with that person.
