Shipping Information

Our shipping arrangement covers almost all of Bangladesh. Hence, our free delivery service is applicable to all 6 divisions (Dhaka, Chittagong, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Sylhet), all 64 districts, all Pourashava, all Upazilas, all business stations, all Banks throughout the country and most of the Unions of our country.

Unless otherwise stated, our delivery arrangement is handled by Continental Courier Service Limited which has one of the biggest delivery networks in Bangladesh.

We aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours of successful purchase. Once dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery (although normally the delivery will be quicker). This excludes Friday, Saturday, any bank holidays and hartals.

If your item is ordered on a Thursday or on a bank holiday or on a hartal then your item will be dispatched for delivery on the Next Working day. Where possible we will provide you with tracking information.

In the unlikely event that your address is unreachable, we will notify you via email or phone. We can then discuss and arrange an alternative suitable delivery method.

Return Delivery

If you wish to arrange a return delivery then you must ensure that you arrange it with Continental Courier Service Limited within 14days of receiving the item. Our return delivery address is given below.

Obtain Receipt from continental courier service as a proof of shipment.

We will cover the cost of your return delivery as long as you have followed the return delivery guidelines.

Please Note: Only in EXCEPTIONAL circumstances shall we accept some other form of courier service but this arrangement must be agreed with us in advance.
